Last Updated: September 10, 2026

Welcome to How to GLP-1.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HowToGLP1.com and the websites, classes, courses, programs, communities, recipes, downloads, digital materials, products, emails, and other services offered by Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. (“Hawkins Omnimedia,” “How to GLP-1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing or using our Services, purchasing a product, enrolling in a class or program, or otherwise interacting with our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. ABOUT HOW TO GLP-1

How to GLP-1 is an educational and lifestyle platform operated by Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc.

We provide educational resources, cooking and lifestyle information, recipes, classes, programs, community resources, products, and information intended to help people navigate life while using or considering GLP-1 medications.

Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc., How to GLP-1, and Stacey Hawkins do not provide medical care, prescribe medication, or make medical treatment decisions.

Please review our Medical & Educational Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or Services or participate in programs designated for adults.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Information provided through our Services is for general educational and informational purposes and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing guidance.

You are responsible for consulting an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding your individual medical needs and treatment decisions.

Nothing provided through How to GLP-1 should be used to independently begin, discontinue, increase, decrease, or otherwise modify prescription medication.

4. INDEPENDENT HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

Our Services may include information about, referrals to, or links to independent healthcare providers, telehealth providers, pharmacies, or other healthcare-related businesses.

Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. does not practice medicine and does not control the clinical judgment of independent healthcare professionals.

Any medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing decision, treatment recommendation, dosage determination, monitoring, or other clinical service is the responsibility of the applicable licensed healthcare provider.

Access to an independent provider does not guarantee eligibility for any medication or treatment.

Your relationship with an independent healthcare provider is subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policies, informed-consent documents, and other agreements.

5. PRODUCTS, CLASSES AND DIGITAL CONTENT

We may offer physical products, digital products, recipes, cookbooks, guides, classes, courses, memberships, coaching or educational programs, community access, and other Services.

Product descriptions and availability may change from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products and Services. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, or other website content will always be completely accurate or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors and modify or discontinue products or Services when reasonably necessary.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, and payment information.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees may be added where appropriate and disclosed during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, misuse of an offer, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund and return eligibility may vary depending upon the product or Service purchased.

Physical products may be subject to the return policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Because digital products, downloads, classes, and other electronically delivered materials may be immediately accessible, they may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed except where otherwise expressly stated or required by law.

Any specific guarantee, cancellation policy, or refund policy displayed on an offer or checkout page will apply to that purchase.

Questions concerning returns or refunds may be sent to stacey@staceyhawkins.com.

8. MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING SERVICES

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription or recurring-membership basis.

If you enroll in a recurring Service, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed before purchase.

By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to those disclosed terms until the subscription is canceled.

You may cancel according to the instructions provided with the applicable Service. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges and does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law or otherwise expressly stated.

9. PERSONAL USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content provided through How to GLP-1 is owned by or licensed to Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable, recipes, written content, videos, photographs, graphics, classes, course materials, downloads, guides, methods, worksheets, branding, logos, and other original materials.

Purchasing or accessing our content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal purposes.

Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, publicly display, teach from, commercially exploit, or create substantially derivative commercial materials from our proprietary content.

You may, of course, cook our recipes for yourself, your family and friends. We want you to. That's the fun part.

10. TRADEMARKS AND PROPRIETARY METHODS

Names, logos, slogans, program names, and proprietary methods associated with Hawkins Omnimedia, Stacey Hawkins, and How to GLP-1 may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.

No right to use these marks commercially is granted by your use of the Services.

11. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

If you participate in a community, group, class, live session, or other interactive Service, you agree to communicate respectfully and not:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;

  • Post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally misleading content;

  • Spam or solicit members without permission;

  • Infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;

  • Attempt to obtain confidential information from other members;

  • Present personal opinions or experiences as professional medical advice;

  • Encourage others to disregard appropriate medical care; or

  • Interfere with the operation or safety of the community.

We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, our business, or other users.

12. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit comments, reviews, testimonials, photographs, recipes, questions, or other content, you retain ownership of content you own.

You grant Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. permission to use content you intentionally submit for publication through the applicable Service, subject to applicable law and any additional permission we obtain when required.

We will not intentionally represent your private health information as a public testimonial without appropriate permission.

13. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Testimonials, personal stories, weight-loss experiences, photographs, and other examples appearing through our Services represent individual experiences.

Results vary.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar weight loss, weight maintenance, health outcomes, medication response, or other results.

14. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL RELATIONSHIPS

Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. may receive affiliate commissions, referral compensation, sponsorship payments, or other compensation from certain products or services discussed or linked through our Services.

Where required by law, material relationships will be disclosed.

Any compensation involving an independent healthcare service does not permit Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. or Stacey Hawkins to make or control medical decisions.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Services may contain links to websites, products, platforms, or services operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, medical services, or actions of independent third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We want our resources to be useful, practical, and enjoyable. However, we cannot guarantee any particular weight-loss, health, financial, lifestyle, or other outcome from using our Services.

Your results depend upon numerous individual circumstances beyond our control.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or particular results, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from a purchased product or Service will not exceed the amount you paid Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. for the product or Service giving rise to that claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

20. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate access to Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse our content, engage in fraudulent activity, threaten or harass others, compromise the security of our Services, or otherwise engage in conduct that reasonably threatens Hawkins Omnimedia, our users, or our community.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property protections and applicable payment obligations.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to another legally required forum will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts to the extent permitted by law.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically as our Services, business, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical & Educational Disclaimer, and any specific terms presented in connection with a particular product or Service, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Hawkins Omnimedia, Inc. concerning use of the Services.
